nABOUT THE ROLE
nWe are looking for an Online Pre-Sales Senior Associate who is highly driven by sales, lead conversion and revenue generation.
nThis is not a customer-support role.
nThe primary responsibility of this position is to convert online leads and enquiries into customers and sales.




nYou will handle leads generated through WhatsApp, Instagram, website, social media, performance marketing campaigns and other digital channels, understand customer requirements, recommend the right products, follow up consistently and close sales.

nPRIMARY KRA — SALES & LEAD CONVERSION
nSALES AND LEAD CONVERSION IS YOUR MAIN KRA.
nYou will be directly responsible for:
n• Converting qualified online leads into customers.
n• Achieving assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
n• Maximizing the lead-to-sale conversion rate.
n• Following up systematically with every qualified and high-intent lead.
n• Re-engaging customers who have not purchased.
n• Identifying buying intent and proactively moving customers towards purchase.
n• Handling objections and removing barriers to conversion.
n• Ensuring marketing-generated leads are effectively converted into revenue.
