nWe are looking for experienced CATIA V5 / 3DEXPERIENCE professionals with robust expertise in Plastic Design and Injection Molded Parts .
nRole: CATIA V5 – Plastic Design
nExperience: 3–8 Years
nLocation: Sholinganallur, Chennai
nInterview Date and Location: 19th Sept 2026, Sholinganallur, Chennai
nKey Responsibilities & Skills:
n• 3D parametric part design in CATIA V5 / 3DX for HVAC and plastic injection-molded parts
n• Parametric 3D modeling using constrained sketches and Boolean operations
n• Experience with Inner/Outer methodology
n• Product structure development using Multi-Skeleton methodology
n• Detailed part design following DFM & DFA standards
n• Creation of 2D drawings / 3D FTA for series production




n• Detailed drawings with GD&T; , considering manufacturing processes and measurement techniques
n• Tolerance Stack-up analysis using 3DCS DVM/VA
n• Experience with PLM / Data Management
nLooking for: Candidates with hands-on experience in CATIA V5, Plastic Product Design, Injection Molding, GD&T;, DFM/DFA and 3DCS .
