FIELD SALES OFFICER – CATTLE FEED DIVISION Positions: 5 Job Type: Full-time | In office Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales; experience in Cattle Feed / Veterinary / Animal Feed preferred CTC: ₹2.5 – ₹3.0 LPA + TA/DA as per company policy Location: Sonbhadra, Ghazipur, Mau-Ballia, Azamgarh & Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh Joining: Immediate Travel: Field travel required About The Company 50+ Years of Trust & Experience in Cattle Feed Five decades in the cattle-feed business, with the family business in Punjab. We are looking for capable and experienced sales professionals. Role Overview The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for developing cattle-feed sales across the assigned territory by building strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers and dairy farmers. Key Responsibilities Generate sales of cattle feed through dealers, distributors and direct farmer contacts within the assigned territory. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dairy farmers, cattle owners, retailers and dealers.



Conduct regular field visits to identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer/distributor network. Promote awareness and adoption of company products through farmer meetings, product demonstrations and on-ground campaigns. Drive sales of the company's cattle-feed portfolio, including pellet feed and newly introduced Mash and Chuni products. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Identify new markets, customers and potential channel partners. Monitor competitor products, pricing, market activity and customer feedback. Support the company in strengthening its presence within the assigned territory. Ensure timely collection of payments from customers/dealers as required. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer visits, market feedback and collections. Regularly report field activities and sales performance to the reporting manager.
