We are looking for a proactive and responsible People & Operations Manager to manage our team’s day-to-day operations and employee experience. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth team coordination, maintaining workplace discipline, supporting HR processes, and building a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate the team’s day-to-day activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Track attendance, working hours, leaves, and overall team discipline.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with team members regarding tasks, deadlines, and performance.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and offboarding.
• Handle employee queries, concerns, and day-to-day people-related issues.
• Monitor employee performance and share regular updates with management.
• Maintain employee records, HR documents, and internal trackers.
• Implement and maintain company HR policies, processes, and guidelines.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.




• Identify operational or people-related issues and work with management to resolve them.
• Conduct regular team check-ins and help maintain a positive and professional work culture.
• Support recruitment, interview coordination, and onboarding when required.
• Assist management with performance reviews, employee feedback, and team development.
• Ensure employees follow company policies, working procedures, and professional standards.
Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in HR, people management, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate a team effectively.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable handling employee concerns and difficult conversations professionally.
• Solid follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Workspace, and basic HR tools.
