nYou will own the complete franchise expansion funnel—from lead generation, partner acquisition, negotiations and closure to onboarding and successful launch.
n

nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n

n• Own and drive the 100-in-12 expansion target with monthly, weekly and daily milestones
n• Identify and acquire franchise partners across Tier 1, Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities
n• Manage the complete franchise sales cycle—from lead generation to agreement signing
n• Build a strong franchise pipeline with minimal dependency on inbound leads
n• Conduct market mapping and competitive analysis to identify high-potential locations
n• Onboard recent franchise partners and ensure successful launches
n• Provide franchisees with training, curriculum, technology and marketing support
n• Monitor franchisee KPIs and drive MoM & QoQ business growth and profitability
n• Maintain strong franchisee relationships and ensure satisfaction and
