Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and results‑driven professionals to join as Area Sales Executives / Territory Managers. Since this is a startup distributor setup in India, the field sales team is expected to be all‑rounders — handling sales, client engagement, merchandising, reporting, and coordination with internal teams. The role involves generating leads, achieving sales targets, building client relationships,



and representing the company’s product portfolio with professionalism.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via field visits, cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and current clients/customers.
- Plan and execute marketing activities (BTL, merchandising, visibility campaigns) aligned with business objectives.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and supply chain teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
