Absences.## Core Responsibilities Deal Ownership & Bid Management: End-to-end ownership of responses to RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFIs (Request for Information). Crafting structured, competitive, and compliant technical proposals. Solution Architecture & POV: Analyzing complex client business requirements and translating them into Oracle Cloud solutions. Developing and presenting Point of View (POV) papers and value propositions to C-level executives. Technical Sales & Demos: Preparing and delivering high-impact, tailored Product Demos and Proofs of Concept (POCs) to prospective clients. Strategic Collaboration: Partnering with Sales, Account, and Vertical Teams to drive revenue. Supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives to position the Oracle HCM practice effectively in the market
