Responsibilities· Provide pre-sales & after-sales technical support to agents & OEM customers· Troubleshoot PLC, motion control, HMI, servo drive & robotic integration issues· Support product setup, commissioning, firmware/software updates & remote diagnostics· Document issues/solutions and work with global engineering/R&D; on escalations· Support customer/distributor training and test new hardware/software releases✅ Requirements· Bachelor’s or above in Electrical Automation Engineering or related· 3+ years in technical support,
