If you’ve spent the last few years managing too many brands, filling content calendars, chasing trends and measuring success by whether you posted enough this month - this role is probably going to feel different.

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who understands restaurants and F&B; beyond Instagram.

Someone who can walk into a restaurant, understand what makes it engaging, find the stories hiding inside the business, and turn those stories into content people want to watch, save, share - and eventually experience for themselves.

This is not a high-volume social media role.

It is a chance to work closely on a smaller but high-stakes portfolio of hospitality brands, go deeper into each business and build social media that contributes to brand relevance, desirability, discovery and growth.

There are plenty of social media roles where you can manage 10-20 accounts. This isn't one of them.

You will work closely with restaurant founders, chefs and hospitality teams and be involved much earlier than the point at which somebody says: "We need six reels for next month."

You'll understand the brand strategy. You'll understand the guest.

You'll understand the restaurant, the food, the people behind it and what the business is trying to achieve.

Then you'll decide what the brand should be saying - and how social media can bring that to life.
