As part of the Videonetics Sales team, you are the face of Videonetics to our customers. Role Overview As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development initiatives across the assigned Account. You will manage key accounts, develop channel partnerships, and work closely with cross-functional teams to expand the market presence of Videonetics solutions. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.



Identify new business opportunities within the assigned accounts across all verticals. Drive lead generation, different vertical acquisition, and revenue growth. Develop & retain sales talent in the team Channel & Partner Management: Build and manage relationships with system integrators, distributors, and consultants. Enable and support partners through training, joint sales efforts, and marketing initiatives. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers including CIOs, CISOs, and facility managers. Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions tailored to client needs. Market Intelligence & Strategy: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
