Purpose of the role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to lead the construction of a current building, overseeing all technical and supervisory aspects. Responsibilities include managing construction activities, coordinating with architects and interior design firms, and conducting technical and commercial evaluations for MEP systems. The role also covers reviewing interior, advanced electronic solutions, vendor identification, and building maintenance.
