We are looking for an experienced and technically robust Engineering Manager with 9–19 years of experience to lead engineering teams responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Java and a solid understanding of Order Management systems and processes. You will work closely with product, business, architecture, and technology stakeholders to drive engineering excellence, deliver high-quality solutions, and ensure the reliability and scalability of critical platforms.

This role requires a combination of technical leadership, people management, architecture understanding, and delivery ownership. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding engineering teams while remaining sufficiently technical to contribute to solution design, technical decisions, and complex problem-solving.

- Own the technical delivery of Order Management solutions, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable and reliable technical implementations.
- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, architects, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to define and deliver technology solutions.
- Drive architecture and design discussions, evaluate technical approaches, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and establish standards for coding, testing, documentation, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot complex production and application issues and provide effective root-cause analysis and long-term
