The role is suited for a high-ownership professional who is comfortable operating in a 0→1 environment, solving complex problems, and working across product, technology, operations, and business functions. You will play a key role in shaping scalable solutions, building new capabilities from the ground up, and contributing to a fast-growing consumer technology platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of strategic product, technology,



or business initiatives from conception through execution.
- Work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to identify customer problems and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Drive 0→1 initiatives, including problem discovery, solution design, execution, launch, and iteration.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver high-impact initiatives.
- Develop scalable processes, systems, and operating models to support rapid business growth.
- Use customer insights, operational data, and business metrics to identify opportunities and drive informed decisions.
- Solve complex problems involving customer experience, technology, operations, fulfilment, and business scalability.
- Define priorities, establish execution plans, and ensure initiatives are delivered within agreed timelines.
