Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales team for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in residential real estate sales, team handling, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for real estate projects.
- Generate and manage leads through various channels and ensure proper follow-up.
- Handle customer meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular guidance.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM,



and other departments for smooth sales operations.
- Track sales pipelines, conversions, bookings, and revenue targets.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.

Candidate Requirements
- 7–10 years of overall sales experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
- Strong experience in residential real estate sales preferred.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Experience in handling and managing a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of the Pune real estate market will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
