The Role

JoVE is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing team. This role is primarily focused on graphic design and marketing collateral production, supporting teams across JoVE with high-quality, brand-consistent digital and print assets.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented designer who can independently interpret marketing briefs, translate business requirements into effective visual solutions, manage multiple projects,



and incorporate AI-assisted workflows to improve speed and efficiency while maintaining JoVE's brand standards.

Responsibilities:
- Design and produce marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, social media graphics and carousels, email banners, presentations, event materials, booth graphics and adaptations, landing page assets, and other campaign deliverables.
- Adapt approved designs across different formats, platforms, audiences, campaigns, and languages while maintaining visual and brand consistency.
- Prepare professional print-ready artwork, with a solid understanding of bleed, trim, safe areas, resolution, color modes, and large-format production requirements.
- Build and update HubSpot landing page sections using Rich Text modules, HTML, and CSS.
- Use HTML/CSS knowledge to modify layouts, troubleshoot responsive or styling issues, and review, debug, and optimize AI-generated code when required.
