We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives across brand, digital, retail, social media, customer engagement, and promotional campaigns.

The role requires a strategic marketing skilled who can translate business objectives into impactful campaigns, strengthen brand positioning, drive customer engagement, and deliver measurable marketing outcomes. The ideal candidate will combine strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution and have the ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual and campaign-level marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead integrated ATL, BTL, digital, social media, influencer, and seasonal/festive marketing campaigns.




- Develop innovative promotional activities and localised marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and business visibility.
- Drive brand positioning through advertising, public relations, corporate communications, and media planning.
- Oversee digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, website management, email marketing, social media, online reputation management, and performance marketing.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer research, and trend analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute new product or collection launches, exhibitions, promotional events, and brand activations.
- Develop and manage annual marketing budgets, monitor expenditure, and optimise campaign ROI.
- Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, CRM, Operations, E-commerce, and other teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
