Job Description

Reporting into senior leadership, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the people strategy for a key business hub while ensuring alignment with global objectives.

Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with business leaders to support organisational growth and workforce planning.
- Leading and developing HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations capabilities.
- Driving organisational transformation, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Building and enhancing employee engagement, performance,



and capability development programmes.
- Developing and implementing talent strategies for high-performing and high-potential employees.
- Leveraging AI and technology solutions to improve people processes and employee experience.
- Influencing senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor on people-related matters.
- Building scalable HR practices that support a rapidly growing workforce.
- Balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution where required.
- Supporting the organisation's continued evolution in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

The Successful Applicant
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in HR for solid technology/services organisations
- Significant HR leadership experience within high-growth, scaling organisations.
- Strong organisational transformation and change management expertise.
- Demonstrated success in business partnering with senior stakeholder
