Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Governance & Compliance Specialist to support Corporate Real Estate project delivery across the region. The ideal candidate will possess solid process knowledge, excellent documentation and communication skills, and experience in data management, project governance, compliance monitoring, and stakeholder engagement. This role will act as a key liaison between project delivery teams, client stakeholders, suppliers, and governance functions to ensure consistent adherence to established standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Support Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance (R&C;), and governance reviews across ongoing projects and programs.
- Monitor, validate, and ensure project compliance with client policies, procedures, controls, and governance requirements.
- Drive corrective actions and follow-up on audit findings, compliance gaps, and process deviations.

Process Training & Support
- Train and support client and supplier project delivery teams on Corporate Real Estate procedures,



policies, governance requirements, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain training materials, process guides, templates, and documentation.
- Act as a subject matter expert for project governance and compliance-related queries.

Project Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and maintain project and program reporting at project, portfolio, and executive levels.
- Coordinate governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and stakeholder updates.
- Manage meeting agendas, capture minutes, track actions, and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Data Management & Analytics
- Ensure project data integrity, quality, and consistency across governance platforms and reporting tools.
- Analyze project performance metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, compliance trackers, and management reports.
