What would you do? • The Instructional Design Lead provides daytoday direction for multiple training development efforts specifically course efforts with smaller scope (output hours average range from 116)



and small budget (work effort average range 40 250 hours). The Instructional Design Lead ensures that projects are executed according to CDC process, quality, budget, and milestone standards.

• Talent Development Instruction Design

• Solid knowledge of instructional design techniques, adult learning theory, and webbased development tools
• Solid written communication skills working knowledge of editorial requirements grammar and instructional design of materials; attention to detail to ensure quality
• Strong oral communication skills ability to facilitate client SMEs and sponsor discussions to set expectations and ensure appropriate involvement
