Your main responsibility is to safely load, set up, operate, monitor, and maintain Vertical Machining Centers VMCs in order to produce precision components, while Machine Shop Managers, Tool Room Engineers, CNC/VMC Programmers, and Production Planning Leads set overall production targets, cycle times, component tolerances, and job dispatch schedules.



Key Skills/: VMC Machine Operation & Vertical Machining Mastery/: Practical experience using 3/-axis and 4/-axis Vertical Machining Centers. Advanced proficiency in reading mechanical engineering drawings, comprehending GD&T; symbols, and using precision measuring tools callipers, micrometres, height gauges, bore gauges for in/-process quality assurance are all examples of blueprint reading and precision metrology expertise.
