We’re looking for an Account Manager - Client Servicing who can own client relationships and take projects from the first brief to successful on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture key client accounts
- Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable requirements
- Work closely with creative, production and operations teams
- Prepare proposals, presentations, estimates and event plans
- Take complete ownership of projects from briefing to execution and closure
- Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables
- Vendor sourcing, coordination and management across different event requirements
- Negotiate with vendors and partners to ensure competitive commercials while maintaining quality
- Coordinate production requirements including fabrication, AV, décor, logistics and other event elements
- Handle corporate gifting and merchandising requirements,



including sourcing, customization, sampling, branding and delivery
- Develop and maintain a strong network of vendors and suppliers
- Be actively involved in on-ground event execution
- Handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate repeat business
- Ensure smooth communication and an excellent overall client experience

What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Client Servicing / Account Management within the events or experiential industry
- Robust client communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of event production, vendor management and on-ground execution
- Robust commercial understanding with good negotiation and costing skills
- Exposure to corporate gifting and merchandising would be an advantage
- Ability to independently manage clients and projects
- Strong coordination, problem-solving and multi
