nThis role supports the development and execution of corporate governance initiatives within Shipping Solutions AMEA. Also ensures regulatory compliance, ethical operations across maritime operations, ports, logistics partners, and corporate offices, while strengthening the company’s governance performance.

nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
