nJob Summary
nWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Zonal Manager to lead our Generic & OTC business across Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh . The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the field team, developing market presence, and achieving business targets across the assigned zone.

nKey Responsibilities

- Drive sales and business growth for the Generic & OTC Division across Gujarat, MP & Chhattisgarh.n
- Develop and execute zonal sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.n
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team across the assigned territory.n
- Set territory-wise targets and monitor team performance.n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, stockists, retailers, and key customers.n
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.n
- Monitor competitor activities,



market trends, pricing, and product movement.n
- Ensure effective product distribution and availability across the zone.n
- Conduct regular field visits and review territory performance.n
- Coordinate with HO and other departments for smooth business operations.n
- Prepare and share regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates with management.n
- Ensure effective implementation of company policies and sales initiatives.n

nCandidate Profile
n
- n
- Graduate/MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred.n
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in Pharma/FMCG/OTC/Generic sales.n
- Prior experience handling a large geographical zone is preferred.n
- Strong experience in team handling, distributor management, and business development.n
- Valuable knowledge of the Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh markets.n
