Role Overview
We are looking for a highly accomplished Principal Tech / Solutions Architect directly reporting to the Head of India Salesforce platform to serve as one of the technology leaders in our Salesforce practice in India . This role combines deep architectural expertise with organizational leadership, capability building, and thought leadership .




You will represent the India technology community, drive architectural excellence across programs, and expand a robust, future-ready Salesforce capability spanning Salesforce Core and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) .

Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership & Representation
- Act as the Principal Architect for Salesforce, representing the India community in the organization.
- Define and drive the technology vision, standards, and roadmap for Salesforce capabilities across the organization along with counterparts in Poland and UK.
- Serve as the final escalation point for complex architectural and delivery challenges in India.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Influence pre-sales, solutioning, and large deal pursuits with strong architectural direction.
