About the opportunity
We're hiring for a US-based performance media agency that works with growing B2B companies across SaaS, fintech, technology and professional services. They're looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager who can combine strong hands-on campaign management with confident client communication and strategic thinking.

You'll manage multiple client accounts, lead client conversations, build and optimise campaigns, and turn performance data into clear recommendations. As you grow into the role, you'll take greater ownership of accounts and become a trusted strategic partner for your clients.

What you will do

Manage client accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, leading calls and keeping conversations focused on performance, strategy and next steps.




- Understand each client's business, goals, target audience and sales process.
- Turn performance data into clear recommendations and explain what happened, why it happened and what should happen next.
- Build robust client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness and follow-through.

Run paid media campaigns
- Build, manage and optimise B2B lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
- Translate business goals into media strategies, campaign structures, testing plans, budgets and priorities.
- Analyse performance across channels and identify trends, opportunities and issues that require action.
- Develop recommendations around targeting, creative, landing pages, conversion strategy, budget allocation and testing.
- Evaluate performance across the full customer journey rather than relying solely on platform or last-click metrics.
