About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP CS/SM & FSM Consultant for a part-time remote opportunity .
The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in SAP Customer Service (CS) / Service Management (SM) and SAP Field Service Management (FSM) , with proven experience in SAP implementation projects .
Key Requirements
- Mandatory hands-on experience in SAP CS/SM .
- Mandatory experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM) .
- Proven SAP implementation experience is required.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end service management processes .
- Experience in configuring and implementing SAP CS/SM and FSM solutions.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Experience working with business stakeholders during implementation and deployment.




- SAP SD experience is nice to have , but not mandatory.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
