4DU (https://4degreesu.com/) is a women-first wellness brand building products around the different ways women want to feel and show up in their lives - stronger, more focused, more balanced, and more confident in how they look and feel.

Our current portfolio includes daily nutrition bars and functional protein powders. Our larger ambition is to build a contemporary wellness brand that supports women from the inside out.

We are now looking for a Brand & Social Lead to shape how 4DU shows up on social media, in culture and across brand-led communication.

About the Role
This is not just a content calendar management role.

You will be the internal owner of 4DU’s social media and day-to-day brand expression—turning business priorities, product stories and cultural insights into content that feels distinctly 4DU.

You will work closely with the founders, growth team, marketing advisors, performance team and external creative partners. You will have the autonomy to shape strategy,



direct creative work and build the systems required to help our content engine move faster.

What You Will Own

Social Media Strategy
- Define monthly and quarterly social priorities
- Build and evolve our content pillars
- Translate brand and business objectives into strong social narratives
- Identify relevant cultural conversations, trends and emerging formats
- Balance brand-building, product storytelling, education and entertainment
- Build a differentiated social identity for 4DU

Brand and Creative Direction
- Become a strong custodian of 4DU’s positioning, voice and visual world
- Develop briefs for campaigns, reels, carousels, shoots and creator content
- Improve hooks, storytelling structures, formats and visual treatments
- Give agencies, designers and creators clear, actionable feedback
- Build repeatable content franchises that audiences associate with 4DU
- Maintain a healthy mix of planned and reactive content
