Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara,



responsible for driving sales growth and expanding Power Tech Services’ presence across critical power and thermal management solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with customers in mission-critical industries. The role involves preparing and delivering solution-focused presentations, coordinating with engineering and service teams to design proposals, and negotiating contracts that align with customer requirements and company objectives. The Sales Manager will track sales performance metrics, maintain an accurate pipeline, and provide regular forecasts and reports to leadership. This position also includes market research, competitor analysis, and participation in industry events to identify trends and support long-term business development.
