About the RoleWe’re looking for a Social Media Manager who understands culture, creators, trends, and what makes people stop scrolling.
You’ll be responsible for owning social media strategy, content planning, ideation, and day-to-day execution across platforms. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just post content, but understands how to create content that people actually watch, engage with, share, and remember.
What You’ll Do
- Own social media strategy, content planning, and day-to-day execution across relevant platforms.
- Develop original content ideas, formats, recurring series, and social-first IPs , and turn them into actual posts.
- Write sharp and engaging copy, hooks, captions, scripts, and social content that feels native to each platform.
- Stay on top of internet culture, trending formats, memes, creators, conversations, and emerging social trends .




- Identify opportunities for reactive and trend-led content and execute them quickly.
- Shoot in-house content including Reels, BTS content, interviews, creator-led content, office content, and reactive/trending content .
- Be confident and natural on camera whenever the content requires it.
- Work closely with Creative, Strategy, Accounts, Influencers/Creators, and other internal teams to bring ideas to life.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors to ensure content is delivered as planned.
- Monitor social media performance and understand what is working and what isn't.
- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, views, shares, saves, follower growth, and overall content performance .
- Use insights and performance data to continuously experiment with current formats, hooks, content styles, and ideas .
- Keep the brand's social presence fresh, relevant, consistent, and culturally connected.
