What You’ll Own
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of hospitality businesses.
- Generate new opportunities through outbound calling, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and digital prospecting.
- Identify and engage senior decision-makers.
- Conduct discovery calls,



online demos and commercial discussions.
- Understand customer challenges and position the right NowFloats solution.
- Handle objections, negotiate and close deals.
- Own revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting through CRM.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and account growth.

What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of proven B2B / Business Development experience.
- Strong experience in SaaS, technology, digital or consultative sales.
- Hospitality / Travel-tech experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to sell to CXOs, business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to create and close your own opportunities.
- Comfortable with online selling, CRM and target-driven environments.
- Someone who takes complete ownership of the number.
