The Role
We are looking for an AI Lead who can drive the next phase of AI-led transformation at Havas Life Mumbai.
This role is about identifying how AI can fundamentally improve the way we work from process redesign and automation to productivity, cost optimisation and smarter program management. You will work across functions to identify opportunities,



evaluate emerging AI solutions and take initiatives from idea to implementation and measurable business impact – by aligning to the global Havas vision and mission and AI Transformation framework.

What You Will Do
- Identify operational and process inefficiencies across functions and develop AI-led solutions to improve productivity, quality, speed and scalability.
- Lead AI transformation programs end-to-end from chance identification and business case development to implementation, adoption and impact measurement.
- Evaluate and experiment with Generative AI, AI agents, automation platforms, LLM-based tools and emerging AI technologies to identify practical business applications.
- Liaise with Global AI teams and implement mandates to local.
- Partner with Creative, Strategy, Medical, Client Servicing, Operations, HR, Finance and other teams to redesign workflows and implement AI-enabled processes.
