Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving sales growth and market development within assigned territories. This role includes managing key customer relationships, identifying recent business opportunities,



and overseeing the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing and post-sales follow-up. The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate with architects, contractors, healthcare facility managers, and other stakeholders to promote Inpro India’s interior building solutions and specify products in projects. Daily activities include conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, forecasting and reporting sales performance, and coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and manufacturing to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and pricing, while maintaining high standards of professional conduct and adherence to company policies.
