What You'll Do:
- As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical documentation that supports engineering, data, AI, and cloud-based initiatives across the organization. You will collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure the creation of high-quality documentation assets.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including solution designs, architecture documents, user guides, SOPs, runbooks, process flows,



and training materials.
- Create and manage project artifacts such as requirement specifications, onboarding guides, release notes, governance documents, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, AI, data, cloud, and security teams to gather technical requirements and document system workflows.
- Convert complex technical concepts into transparent, concise, and audience-appropriate documentation.
- Maintain documentation repositories and ensure information is organized, searchable, and up to date.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, version control, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Participate in project discussions to capture technical decisions and ensure documentation readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
