Ark Abroad helps international graduates and skilled migrants in Australia move from survival jobs into corporate careers. We have 100+ placements behind us, an Instagram account posting 4–5 times a day, lead magnets that work, and a closing team that converts over 40% of qualified calls.

What we don't have yet is the person who turns all of that attention into a full calendar of qualified sales calls. That's this role.

What you'll actually do
You own the flow of qualified conversations from every non-paid source. Not answering an inbox. Building a pipeline.
- Respond to hot leads (story replies, DMs, lead magnet requests) within minutes, then qualify them properly by voice note, WhatsApp and call)
- Work our database of thousands of past leads every single day, with a real reason to reach out, not "still interested?"
- Rebrand your own LinkedIn profile as part of Ark Abroad and post content that speaks to migrants job-hunting in Australia. Your profile becomes a lead source.



This is a core part of the job, not a nice-to-have.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find people in Australia who are publicly job-searching, engage with them, and start genuine conversations
- Run referral asks with our coaches when clients land interviews and offers
- Fill and follow up our weekly live sessions
- Book only people who meet our qualification bar, brief the closer, and make sure they show
- Feed what you hear back to the content team every week

Target: 20–30 real two-way conversations a day, roughly 15+ qualified calls booked a week, 70%+ show rate, close rate on your calls at the team's level. You'll be measured on qualified shows and cash collected, never on raw bookings.

- You'll work Australian hours: 8:00am to 6:30pm IST , plus one weekend day with a weekday off. Our buyers work shifts; they're free when Australia is having dinner.
