nKey Responsibilities
n1.City Business Development
n?Take ownership of the overall business and growth targets for Bangalore
n?Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and customer acquisition
n?Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence across Bangalore
n?Monitor market trends and competitor activities
n2.Sales & Revenue
n?Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets
n?Develop effective lead-generation and conversion strategies
n?Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when required
n?Build strong relationships with customers, partners, schools, and other stakeholders
n3.Team Management
n?Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the city-level team
n?Set transparent targets and KPIs for team members
n?Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure accountability
n?Build a motivated and performance-driven team
n4.Tutor / Teacher Operations
n?Oversee recruitment and onboarding of tutors/teachers




n?Ensure availability of qualified tutors as per customer requirements
n?Monitor tutor performance, attendance, and customer feedback.
n?Resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth service delivery
n5.Customer Experience
n?Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
n?Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution
n?Analyse customer feedback and implement service improvements
n6.MIS & Operations
n?Monitor daily city operations and ensure adherence to company processes
n?Analyse sales, conversion, revenue, and operational KPIs
n?Prepare and share regular performance reports with management
n?Ensure effective cost management and operational efficiency
