Job Description
We are looking for a high-energy, analytical and entrepreneurial qualified to join the Founder’s Office at a fast-growing D2C startup. The role will work closely with the Founder on business strategy, growth initiatives, operations, category expansion, performance tracking and strategic projects . This is a high-visibility role that will involve working across functions and driving initiatives from problem identification to execution . The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing ambiguity, analyzing data, and taking ownership of critical business initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Strategy & Planning Work closely with the Founder on strategic business priorities and growth plans. Conduct market, competitor and consumer research to identify new opportunities. Develop business plans, opportunity assessments and strategic recommendations. Track key business metrics and identify areas for improvement. Support annual, quarterly and monthly business planning. 2.



Growth & Revenue Identify opportunities to improve revenue, customer acquisition, retention and profitability. Analyze performance across D2C website, marketplaces and quick-commerce channels . Work with Growth, Marketing and Sales teams to improve business performance. Evaluate new channels, categories, products and markets for potential expansion. Track key metrics such as GMV, revenue, AOV, CAC, LTV, conversion, repeat rate and contribution margin. 3. Business Operations Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Product and Operations teams. Identify operational bottlenecks and drive initiatives to improve efficiency. Create dashboards and MIS reports for management reviews. Establish processes, metrics and review mechanisms for critical business functions.
