nRole Overview: We are seeking an Architect to join our design team. This role offers the chance to work on dynamic and challenging projects alongside a talented team.

nRoles and Responsibilities:

- n
- Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, functionality, and innovation.n
- Produce conceptual drawings, renderings, mood boards, and documents.n
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors.n
- Coordinate with customers during the design and construction stages.n
- Conduct on-site visits to ensure adherence to design and specifications.n

nDesired Candidate Profile:
n
- n
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (required).n
- 3+ years of relevant experience (preferred).n
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory), SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Rhino, MS Office, and Excel.n
- Strong attention to detail and visualization skills.n
- Knowledge of building products, construction details, and MEP and structural design.n
- Excellent communication skills, both writ
