nRole Summary:

nThe Program Manager oversees daily clinic operations, drives revenue growth, and ensures high-quality patient care. You will manage clinic staff, optimize workflows, and hit financial and operational targets.

nKey Responsibilities:

n1. Day-to-Day Operations:
n

n- Manage daily clinic workflows to ensure smooth patient flow and short wait times.
n

n- Oversee facility maintenance, medical equipment upkeep, and inventory management.
n

n- Solve operational bottlenecks quickly to keep staff and patients satisfied.
n

n- Maintain compliance with local health, safety, and medical regulations.
n

n2. Revenue & Financial Management:
n

n- Monitor clinic budgets, track daily revenues, and control operational costs.
n

n- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through service expansion or patient volume.
n

n- Oversee medical billing, insurance claims, and debt recovery processes.
n

n- Review financial reports weekly and monthly to meet profit goals.

Staff Leadership & Training:
n

n- Hire, train, and supervise front desk staff, nurses, and administrative personnel.
n

n- Set performance goals for team members and conduct regular reviews.
n

n- Create staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during peak hours.
n

n4. Patient Experience & Quality:
n

n- Handle patient feedback, resolve complaints, and improve satisfaction scores.
n

n- Implement quality standards for medical and non-medical services.
n

nRequirements & Qualifications:
n

n- Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
n

n- Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in clinic management, healthcare operations, or medical practice administration.
n

n- Skills: Solid knowledge of medical billing, financial budgeting, and staff leadership.

n- Software: Proficiency in Electronic He
