We’re looking for a Senior Motion Designer & Video Editor

nWe are looking for a senior creative who can do more than edit videos. Someone who can take an idea, find the story, shape the narrative, and bring it to life through motion and video.
n

nThis is an ongoing, remote opportunity , working directly with the CMO based in the US .
n

nYou will work across:
n• Motion-led explainer videos : typography, data, maps, diagrams and charts
n• Website brand and product videos
n• Case study videos
n• LinkedIn and paid-social content
n• Workshop, webinar and event recaps
n• Testimonials and talking-head content
nThe important part: we need both sides of the craft.
n

nDesign & animate — take a blank canvas, storyboard an idea and build compelling motion graphics.
nEdit & tell the story — take raw footage, interviews or event content and turn it into something clear,



engaging and purposeful.
n

nWe are looking for someone with 5+ years of qualified experience , a strong reel, excellent storytelling instincts and experience working with B2B, professional services or sophisticated brands .
n

nYou should be comfortable challenging a brief, suggesting a better creative direction and making creative decisions independently , not simply executing instructions.
n

nUS Eastern Time overlap of 3+ hours per business day is expected.
