nRole Overview
nYou will be responsible for managing the complete sales journey, from lead qualification and customer consultation to site visits, proposal presentation, negotiation and project closure.
nThe ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a confident personality, good product understanding and the ability to build trust with customers.
nYou should enjoy meeting customers, understanding their needs and finding the right solution for them.

nKey Responsibilities1. Lead Management

- Handle leads generated through digital marketing, societies, referrals and other channels.n
- Contact prospects and understand their requirements.n
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, timeline and project feasibility.n
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.n
- Ensure timely follow-ups and movement of leads through the sales funnel.n

n2. Customer Consultation

- Speak with customers and understand their lifestyle, design preferences and requirements.n
- Explain EcoLiving's landscape and green living solutions.n
- Recommend suitable products, packages and project solutions.n
- Educate customers about plants, planters, irrigation, lighting, furniture and other landscape elements.n
- Build solid relationships and establish customer confidence.n
