Job Description – Pre-Sales Consultant | Networking
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant with a strong Networking background to support customer engagements, requirement gathering, solution development, and technical proposal preparation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on networking experience and the ability to translate customer requirements into suitable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities




- Conduct customer discussions and gather business and technical requirements.
- Understand customer network infrastructure, challenges, and project objectives.
- Analyse requirements and recommend appropriate networking solutions.
- Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and Operations teams.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, BOMs, SOWs, and RFP/RFQ responses.
- Develop high-level network designs and solution architectures.
- Prepare technical presentations and conduct solution walkthroughs with customers.
- Participate in customer meetings and provide technical consultation.
- Coordinate with technology vendors and partners for solution validation and pricing.
- Provide technical inputs for quotations and commercial proposals.
- Identify project scope, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and technical requirements.
- Support multiple customer opportunities and projects simultaneously.
