Location: Mumbai We’re looking for an Account Manager - Client Servicing who can own client relationships and take projects from the first brief to successful on-ground execution. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and nurture key client accounts • Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable requirements • Work closely with creative, production and operations teams • Prepare proposals, presentations, estimates and event plans • Take complete ownership of projects from briefing to execution and closure • Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables • Vendor sourcing, coordination and management across different event requirements • Negotiate with vendors and partners to ensure competitive commercials while maintaining quality • Coordinate production requirements including fabrication, AV, décor, logistics and other event elements • Handle corporate gifting and merchandising requirements, including sourcing,



customization, sampling, branding and delivery • Develop and maintain a strong network of vendors and suppliers • Be actively involved in on-ground event execution • Handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate repeat business • Ensure smooth communication and an excellent overall client experience What We’re Looking For: • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Client Servicing / Account Management within the events or experiential industry • Strong client communication and presentation skills • Good understanding of event production, vendor management and on-ground execution • Strong commercial understanding with positive negotiation and costing skills • Exposure to corporate gifting and merchandising would be an advantage • Ability to independently manage clients and projects • Strong coordination, problem-solving and multitask
