Job Overview
We are looking for a Director Social Strategy / Lead to own our social media strategy, audience growth, content direction, and digital brand presence.
The ideal candidate should combine strategic thinking, creative leadership, data-driven decision-making, and strong understanding of social media platforms .

Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the overall social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
- Drive audience growth, engagement, reach, and content performance.
- Define content pillars, formats, campaigns, and platform-specific strategies.
- Work closely with content, design, video, and marketing teams to build high-performing content.




- Analyse social media metrics and turn insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Lead social media campaigns, launches, and creator/influencer collaborations.
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithms, formats, and audience behaviour.
- Build, mentor, and manage the social media/content team.
- Establish processes, KPIs, reporting systems, and performance benchmarks.
- Take ownership of the brand's overall social presence and growth.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, or related fields.
- Proven experience managing social media strategy for a brand, creator, media, or digital-first company.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and short-form content.
- Robust knowledge of social media analytics, audience growth, and content performance.
- Excellent strategic, creative, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage teams and multiple projects independently.
