- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow existing communities and increase engagement.n
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, tools, and platform innovations and turn relevant trends into content opportunities.n
- Plan and create engaging photo, video, graphic, and written content for social media platforms.n
- Design and develop visual presentations and creative assets for advertising, social media, communities, and brand websites.n
- Manage and maintain the brand’s social media channels, online communities, and website content.n
- Understand the brand’s audience and translate their needs, interests, and expectations into relevant content.n
- Use visual and written communication effectively to tell the brand story.n
- Engage with customers, followers, creators, and industry peers across social platforms.n
- Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and community growth.n

What we’re looking forn
- n
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing,



content creation, or a similar role.n
- Solid understanding of major social media platforms and their content formats.n
- Hands-on experience creating social media content, especially photo and video content.n
- Good visual sense with an understanding of branding, design, and storytelling.n
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills.n
- Ability to understand a brand’s tone, audience, and visual identity.n
- Creative thinker who can develop fresh content ideas while also executing them independently.n
- Ability to follow trends without simply copying them — and identify what is relevant for the brand.n
- Experience with creative/design or video editing tools is a plus.n
- A portfolio of previous social media/content work is preferred.
