Job DescriptionAbout True Hope Foundation True Hope Foundation is a social impact organization working across multiple causes, including medical support, animal welfare, disaster relief, education, and assistance for underprivileged communities. We use digital storytelling, fundraising campaigns, and social media to connect donors with causes that need urgent support. We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Graphic Designer who can transform real stories and social causes into powerful visual content that inspires people to take action and donate. Key Responsibilities Design high-quality creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, fundraising campaigns, websites, WhatsApp campaigns, and other digital platforms . Create emotionally engaging designs for NGO and crowdfunding campaigns. Design social media posts, carousels, banners, thumbnails, posters, infographics, fundraising creatives, and campaign assets. Work closely with the Marketing, Social Media, Video Editing, and Campaign teams. Convert campaign stories, photographs,



and raw content into visually compelling fundraising creatives. Create multiple design variations for performance marketing and A/B testing. Maintain consistency with True Hope Foundation's branding across all platforms. Resize and optimize creatives according to different advertising and social media formats. Handle image retouching, background removal, photo manipulation, compositing, and enhancement. Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, AI tools, and advertising creative formats. Required Skills Candidates should have strong working knowledge of: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for graphic design AI image generation and image enhancement skilled image editing Typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy Social media and digital advertising creatives Branding and campaign design Creative concept development AI Knowledge The candidate should be comfortabl
