Location
Regional headquarters in North India, with extensive district and counter-level travel.
Experience
15–20 years in TMT sales, from Tier 1 or Tier 2 brands only.
1. Why this role exists
SRMB is scaling TMT towards a ₹5,000 crore business, and that scale has to be built region by region by leaders who own their market like a profit center.
The Regional Vice President – North India runs the region’s TMT sales business end to end: the P&L;, the Zonal Heads, and the district and counter execution that turns strategy into market share.
The region operates under one national market framework, ensuring comparable performance, disciplined execution and profitable growth.

The national market framework — one scope
Every region operates on the same three pillars:
- Contribution margin: Growth is measured by contribution alongside tonnage. The region is run to protect and grow margin.
- Fixed-cost and team productivity: Output per member and return on fixed cost are managed as measurable business outcomes, ensuring productive scaling.
- Counter share: Share of counter sales, won district by district, is a core measure of market strength.
