UiPath Infrastructure Support Engineer
Role Summary An experienced UiPath Infrastructure Support Engineer with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath platform administration, infrastructure management, network integration, and enterprise automation support. The resource will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, securing, and supporting UiPath environments across Development, Quality, and Production landscapes while ensuring platform stability, compliance, and operational readiness. This role is critical for supporting ongoing network migrations, infrastructure upgrades, platform modernization initiatives, and business continuity requirements. UiPath Platform Administration Upgrades Manage and support UiPath infrastructure components including: o UiPath Orchestrator o Robots and Robot Services o AI Center if applicable o Automation Suite Enterprise Platform o Test Suite components Infrastructure Environment Management Design and maintain: o Development DEV o Quality Assurance QUALUAT o Production PROD environments. Manage VM and VDI infrastructure:
o Current VM provisioning o Capacity planning o Server lifecycle management o Performance monitoring o Runtime dependency management Ensure environment segregation and compliance with enterprise standards. Network Connectivity Support Support infrastructure activities related to: o Network upgrades o Zone migrations o Firewall configurations o Proxy configurations o DNS and routing dependencies Troubleshoot application connectivity issues across UiPath components. Coordinate with network and security teams during infrastructure changes. Hybrid Architecture Cloud Integration Support hybrid UiPath deployments across on-premises and cloud environments. Maintain: o Cloud connectivity dependencies o Identity integrations o Secure communication channels o Hybrid execution models Participate in architecture reviews and cloud migration initiatives.
