Executive Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished Sales Director to lead our enterprise software consulting and ERP implementation business across India. This role demands a strategic leader with deep expertise in selling complex software solutions, proven ability to manage large-ticket deals, and a demonstrated track record closing ERP implementations in the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop & execute annual sales strategy for ERP consulting and software implementation services, software development and cloud computing.
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set aggressive yet achievable revenue targets; drive quarter-on-quarter growth.
- Establish key partnerships with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners.
- Identify new market segments and vertical opportunities (Manufacturing,
Construction, FMCG, Pharma, Logistics).
Enterprise Deal Management
- Personally manage deals valued ₹50L+ (enterprise-grade ERP implementations).
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Develop compelling business cases and ROI models for C-suite decision makers (CFO, COO, CTO).
- Navigate procurement processes, RFP responses, and technical evaluations.
- Manage contract negotiations with enterprise clients.
Revenue & Business Growth
- Achieve annual revenue targets.
- Maintain >120% booking-to-target ratio.
- Improve sales cycle efficiency; reduce average deal closure time.
- Optimize sales pipeline with 3:1 ratio of qualified opportunities to closed deals.
- Manage gross margins on consulting services.
Client Relationship & Expansion
- Build deep relationships with C-suite executives at mid-market companies.
