About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Power Platform Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support for Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate .
Cases are received through the client's support queue during your committed shift. You will be responsible for diagnosing,



reproducing, resolving, and documenting customer issues.
This is a hands-on technical role. You should be comfortable investigating errors, logs, run history, and platform behaviour to identify the actual root cause and provide the right resolution.

What You Will HandlePower Apps
- Troubleshoot Canvas and Model-Driven Apps , including formula/expression errors, delegation warnings, control behaviour, performance, and load-time issues.
- Resolve data source and connector issues such as authentication, refresh failures, connector limits, and throttling.
- Troubleshoot Dataverse including tables, columns, relationships, security roles, permissions, and business rules.
- Handle environment and ALM issues including solution imports, managed/unmanaged solutions, environment variables, and deployment failures.
- Support licensing and entitlement queries, including premium connector requirements.
