Product Demonstration & Presentation ● Conduct clear, engaging, and professional product demonstrations for clients through online and offline channels. ● Explain product features, benefits, and use cases in English and Kannada. ● Handle client queries confidently and provide accurate product information . ● Present products effectively to prospective customers and stakeholders. 2. Client Coordination & Communication ● Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers. ● Follow up with clients regarding demos, feedback, onboarding, and support.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues. ● Assist in pitching products to potential clients to drive sales and conversions. 3. Convincing & Customer Handling ● Demonstrate strong persuasion and interpersonal skills to convert leads into active customers. ● Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or solutions. ● Address customer objections professionally and provide appropriate information. ● Help clients make informed decisions regarding AMCI products and services. 4.
